Royal Hungarian Infantry

1920–1945

The Royal Hungarian Infantry formed the backbone of Hungary's armed forces throughout the interwar period and the Second World War. Infantry units served in every major military operation, from border mobilizations and territorial revisions to combat on the Eastern Front.
