LOGISTIC AND TRANSPORT

Branch of Service

The Royal Hungarian Logistics and Transport Services ensured the movement of troops, supplies, equipment and provisions across Hungary and the various theatres of war. Relying on a combination of horse-drawn transport, motor vehicles and railway networks, these units formed the essential link between front-line formations and the resources needed to sustain military operations.

This archive documents the personnel, vehicles, transport columns, supply services and wartime activities of Hungary's logistics and transport units through original photographs, documents and historical research.
